All this, is because I'm trying to get my legs used to running again and get some footwork back, as I'm going to play some social tennis fixtures again this year during my time off from racing, I need something to keep my competitive side satiated and tennis as been the only other sport I've really enjoyed. So yeah looking forward to some different training. Thinking at the moment when I dig up all my old gear, my training week will look something like this.

Obviously will tweak it some more when I know exactly what times and days I'll be hitting the courts.
In other news the planning phase of yesterday's apostrophe is well underway, might post up the profiles of some of the characters if I feel so inclined. Who knows..
